Join the WHCA and the Lights In The Heights Team for a magical evening as we illuminate Highland and Omar.

Important Notes:

• "No Parking" signs will be up on Dec 9th. Cars may be ticketed/towed from Noon, Dec 10th.

• Streets closed from 5:30-9:00 PM: Bayland, Woodland, and cross streets between Beauchamp & Studewood.

• Residents: Access to properties allowed, but no parking on event route streets. Keep ID/utility bill ready.
